Your order will show as cancelled if you have failed to complete your purchase or payment has failed within 10 minutes of starting the order.

Please note it is not compulsory to send in photos and is completely up to you. However if you do send in your photos as a thank you from us you will be entered into a monthly draw to potentially win £100 site credit.

If winner photos are sent in please note they may be used for marketing purposes.

If we have been unable to contact you via phone or email within (days) stated in the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to re-draw the draw. Due to this it is important to ensure your details are up to date.

Regardless of Ticket sales, once the timer has finished, we will draw the competition regardless. There are no roll overs or extensions.

We use Google random generator live on the facebook live draws, ensuring it is completely random and fair.

If the competition doesn’t sell out and the number generated is unsold, we will continue to generate further numbers until a winner is selected.

There are numerous ways to find your ticket numbers

1. Once you have placed an order, your numbers can be found on the confirmation page.
2. For every order placed you will receive an email with your ticket numbers.
3. Go to ‘My Account’ via the website or via the app using your log in details and click on ‘My Tickets’

Please note: Active tickets will show competitions that are currently active with trickest remaining and past tickets will show competitions that have sold out or the timer has finished and awaiting to be drawn.
